At GTA URBAN DEVELOPMENT LTD, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, carrying out administrative activities, and assembling data to prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence. You will also be responsible for performing data entry, overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, and maintaining computer and technology knowledge, including MS Excel and MS Office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
* Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
* Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
* Perform data entry
* Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
* Maintain computer and technology knowledge
Requirements:
* Strong administrative skills
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
