Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at OPUS Mechanical Services LTD. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, inventory, and other administrative documents.
  • Office Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of our office, including managing supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, clients, and stakeholders, including preparing and disseminating reports, and providing updates on projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
