At Taheri Immigration Services, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met. You will also be responsible for administering policies and procedures related to the release of records, assembling data, and preparing reports and correspondence. Additionally, you will oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including payroll administration and budget control.

Requirements:

* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
* College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
* Equivalent experience
