POSITION OVERVIEW

As the Senior Manager of Analytics in Performance Marketing, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the Performance Marketing Data & Analytics team, ensuring alignment with corporate goals while fostering professional growth and a positive work environment for your team members.
  • Collaborating with Digital, Marketing, Technology, and other business leaders to develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing analytics strategy, including a clear roadmap and prioritized initiatives.
  • Establishing measurement frameworks to assess the effectiveness of various performance marketing campaigns.
  • Utilizing descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to deliver actionable insights that enhance business performance and inform strategic decisions.
  • Creating and presenting insightful reports and dashboards to stakeholders, facilitating self-service analytics, and effectively communicating findings across all levels of the organization.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to convert data needs into effective data models, employing various analytical techniques to yield dependable insights.
  • Analyzing data with advanced statistical methods and utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, Python/R, BigQuery/BigQuery ML, and Google Co-Lab (Notebooks).

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate for the Senior Manager of Analytics in Performance Marketing will possess:

  • A robust background in Geo-Experimentation and Incrementality Testing, with experience in designing and executing geo-experiments to evaluate the impact of digital advertising, including knowledge of matched market tests and incrementality measurement.
  • A commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement, with a focus on identifying and implementing enhancements to processes and systems that drive team and organizational success.
  • The ability to advocate for data-driven decision-making within eCommerce and Performance Marketing teams, leveraging various analytical methods to provide reliable insights.
  • Strong collaboration skills and leadership experience, with a track record of mentoring data analysts and fostering a community of practice within the Data & Analytics department.
  • A background in Paid Media, Performance Marketing, and eCommerce.

COMPENSATION

The typical salary range for this role is $130,000 - $160,000 CAD annually. The final salary will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, and knowledge. This position may also be eligible for a performance-based bonus.
