POSITION OVERVIEW

As the Senior Manager of Analytics for Performance Marketing, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the Performance Marketing Data & Analytics team, ensuring alignment with corporate goals while fostering career growth and a positive work environment for your team members.
  • Collaborating with Digital, Marketing, Technology, and other key stakeholders to develop and implement a strategic roadmap for performance marketing analytics.
  • Establishing measurement frameworks to assess the effectiveness of various performance marketing initiatives.
  • Utilizing descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to deliver actionable insights that enhance business performance and inform decision-making.
  • Creating and presenting comprehensive reports and dashboards that facilitate self-service analytics and effectively communicate findings across all levels of the organization.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to convert data needs into effective data models and employing various analytical techniques to generate reliable insights.
  • Analyzing data through advanced statistical methods and utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, Python/R, BigQuery, and Google Co-Lab.

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate for the Senior Manager of Analytics in Performance Marketing will possess:

  • Expertise in Geo-Experimentation and Incrementality Testing, with a proven track record in designing and executing geo-experiments to evaluate online advertising effectiveness.
  • A strong focus on operational efficiency and continuous improvement, with the ability to identify and implement enhancements that drive team and organizational success.
  • A commitment to data-driven decision-making, with experience in employing various analytical methods to support eCommerce and performance marketing initiatives.
  • Exceptional collaboration and leadership skills, with experience guiding a team of Data Analysts and fostering a community of practice within the Data & Analytics department.
  • A background in Paid Media, Performance Marketing, and eCommerce analytics.

COMPENSATION

The typical salary range for this role is $130,000 - $160,000 CAD annually. The final salary will be determined based on relevant experience and qualifications. This position may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses.
