**Key Responsibilities:**
- Partner with client leaders to drive analytics-driven transformation in the Retail domain, leveraging expertise in data analysis and business acumen.
- Engage with Brand and Functional leaders to understand business needs, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
- Articulate the value of various analytics initiatives, communicating complex data insights to executive stakeholders.
- Synthesize insights and actions for executive business decision-making, driving data-driven business outcomes.
- Guide analytics teams on key business considerations to be incorporated into solution design, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
**Requirements:**
- 10+ years of experience in a consulting or leadership role, with a preference for Retail or Specialty retail background.
- Proven experience in engaging and making recommendations to an executive audience, demonstrating strong business acumen.
- Strong insight synthesis, financial modeling, and presentation skill sets, with the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.
- Proven expertise in simplifying analytics for a business audience, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Background in driving and front-ending diverse sets of analytical initiatives, with a strong understanding of data analysis and business operations.
- Strong E-commerce and/or Customer analytics experience preferred, with a deep understanding of data-driven business outcomes.
- Prior hands-on experience working with data, with a strong understanding of data analysis and business operations.
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.
- Prior exposure to model development is preferred, but not essential.
