As a Senior Manager, Analytics, Performance Marketing, you'll spearhead the data-driven strategy for our high-impact marketing campaigns. You'll guide a talented team of analysts, fostering their growth while delivering actionable insights that shape business decisions.

Your Impact:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing analytics roadmap, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Design and implement robust measurement strategies to quantify the effectiveness of various marketing initiatives across paid media channels.
  • Leverage advanced analytical techniques, including predictive and prescriptive modeling, to uncover hidden trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives, effectively communicating findings to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, technology, and eCommerce, to drive data-informed decision-making.

Your Expertise:

  • Proven experience in geo-experimentation and incrementality testing within the performance marketing landscape.
  • A passion for operational efficiency and a commitment to continuous improvement within your team and processes.
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in statistical modeling and data visualization tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, Python/R, BigQuery/BigQuery ML, and Google Co-Lab (Notebooks).
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, fostering a culture of data-driven insights within the organization.
  • A deep understanding of paid media, performance marketing, and eCommerce principles.
