Key Responsibilities

As the Services Supervisor, you will oversee the Services departments and solutionshop within the store, which includes cash handling, printing, and technology services. You will collaborate with and support team members in these areas. Your role will involve engaging customers effectively and maximizing sales opportunities while providing excellent service. Each day will be dynamic, rewarding, and filled with challenges, motivating you to perform at your best.

Specific Duties Include:

  • Collaborating with fellow store leaders to establish sales objectives and targets.
  • Regularly communicating with the team to reinforce the connection between store performance and incentive programs.
  • Engaging with customers to promote solutions and additional sales.
  • Working with other leaders to ensure efficient coordination and execution of services, enhancing productivity.
  • Implementing and communicating promotional strategies and understanding flyer initiatives.
  • Enhancing sales capabilities of associates and encouraging behaviors that foster connection, sharing, and partnership.
  • Promoting a culture of referrals and an 'omni-enterprise' mindset, ensuring associates are knowledgeable about all service offerings.
  • Managing front-office operations, including cash handling, preparing daily bank deposits, and maintaining accurate cashier totals.
  • Ensuring operational excellence and a positive customer experience by adhering to loss prevention protocols and maintaining cleanliness and standards in your departments.
  • Prioritizing a clean and safe environment, keeping the safety of yourself, your colleagues, and our customers at the forefront.

Qualifications

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • 3-4 years of experience in retail customer service is preferred.
  • 1-3 years in a supervisory capacity with direct responsibility for meeting sales and service goals is preferred.
  • Completion of high school education is preferred.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales results.
  • Inquisitive nature.
  • Friendly demeanor.
  • Passionate about service.
  • Skilled in problem-solving.

  • Exposure to moderate noise levels from printing equipment.
  • Standing for extended periods while processing various orders is required.
