About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at RADHE KRISNA RESTAURANT CORPORATION. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of a team of 5-10 food service staff, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize restaurant operations.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Knowledge and Skills
    • Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres and be able to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Work Conditions
    • Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
