Key Responsibilities
As the Services Supervisor, you will oversee the Services departments and solutionshop within the store, which includes cash handling, printing, and technology services. You will collaborate with and support Associates in these areas, demonstrating exceptional customer engagement while maximizing sales opportunities. Each day will be fast-paced, challenging, rewarding, and meaningful, motivating you to perform at your best.
Your Specific Duties Will Include
- Collaborating with other store leaders to establish sales objectives and targets.
- Regularly communicating with the team to reinforce the connection between store financial performance and incentive programs.
- Engaging with customers to promote solutions and additional sales.
- Working with fellow leaders to ensure effective coordination and execution of services, enhancing productivity.
- Implementing and communicating promotional strategies and flyer items.
- Maximizing sales potential by developing the sales skills of associates and encouraging behaviors that promote connection, sharing, and partnership.
- Fostering a culture of referrals and an 'omni-enterprise' mindset, ensuring associates are knowledgeable about all service offerings.
- Managing front-office operations, including cash handling, preparing daily bank deposits, and maintaining accurate cashier totals.
- Ensuring operational excellence and a positive customer experience by adhering to loss prevention protocols and maintaining cleanliness and standards in your assigned areas.
- Prioritizing a clean and safe work environment, focusing on the safety of yourself, your colleagues, and our customers.
Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in retail customer service is preferred.
- 1-3 years in a supervisory capacity with direct responsibility for achieving sales and service objectives is preferred.
- Completion of high school education is preferred.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales results.
