About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at National Bank. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Market Events Management, Securities Settlement Processes, and Transversal Activities sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently support the Market Events Management, Securities Settlement Processes, and Transversal Activities sectors by carrying out a variety of administrative tasks.
  • Prepare, revise, and improve various letters and documents.
  • Prepare presentations or improve their formatting.
  • Keep your managers' agendas up to date, make their appointments, coordinate the logistics of meetings and trips, and suggest improvements to ensure work efficiently.
  • Act as a resource person for all employees in your 3 sectors who request information about the Bank's IT requests, administrative policies, and procedures.
About the Team

You will be part of a dynamic team of 300 colleagues who are constantly striving to have an impact on the Bank's and Financial Markets sector's success. The team's mission is to contribute to the success of the Financial Markets sector by providing key operational expertise and ensuring sound risk management.

Requirements
  • High school diploma and 3.5 years of relevant experience OR college diploma and 1.5 years of relevant experience.
  • Secretarial experience and strong ability to determine priorities and emergencies.
  • Ability to work independently, show initiative, good organization skills, and a collaborative approach.
  • Diligent and able to manage agendas and meetings proactively.
  • Experience working with collaborative tools such as Yammer, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Language

English and French are the official languages of the Bank. You will need to discuss frequently with our service providers or partners who speak a language other than French.
