Food Preparation Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Food Service Supervisor to oversee our culinary operations. This role is essential in ensuring that our food service meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
The position is based in a dynamic food service establishment where you will be responsible for managing daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective methods to achieve work schedules.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensure that all food and service adhere to quality control standards.
- Maintain comprehensive records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
- Prepare and submit operational reports as required.
- Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
You will oversee:
- Food service counter attendants and food preparers.
- Kitchen and food service helpers.
- Staff across various responsibilities.
This role involves:
