Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry.

Work Environment: Fast-paced restaurant setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the activities of food preparation personnel.
  • Provide training to staff regarding their responsibilities, hygiene practices, and safety protocols.
  • Ensure that the quality of food and service aligns with established standards.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Compile reports and summaries of food orders for the head chef.
  • Develop and manage work schedules for the team.
