About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Chick N Fish. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our brand standards.

Food Preparation and Presentation

Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Inventory Management

Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

Cleanliness and Safety

Ensure that all kitchen areas are clean and safe for food preparation and service.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

Experience in a similar role is an asset.

Work Setting

Willingness to relocate is a must, and relocation costs will be covered by the employer.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

The role is physically demanding and requires repetitive tasks.
