About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at All Rounder Food Services Inc. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train and mentor our kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Inventory Management: Order and manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal levels and minimize waste.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Operations Management: Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
  • Cuisine Specialties: Italian cuisine.
  • Work Language: English.
