Food Preparation Specialist

Join our team at Hankki Korean Street Food as a dedicated Food Counter Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a clean and welcoming environment while providing excellent service to our customers.
Education Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
This position is based in an urban area, providing a dynamic and fast-paced work setting.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing kitchen items, including dishwasher mats and waste disposal units.
- Replenish condiments and supplies at tables and serving areas to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Accurately keep records of food quantities used to assist in inventory management.
- Prepare and package take-out food efficiently.
- Portion, wrap, and prepare simple food items for service.
- Stock refrigerators and salad bars to maintain fresh offerings.
- Take customer orders with a friendly demeanor.
- Utilize manual and electrical appliances for food preparation tasks.
- Ensure the kitchen area is clean and sanitized, including work surfaces and storage areas.
- Handle and store cleaning products safely.
- Receive and store supplies in appropriate areas.
- Dispose of kitchen garbage and maintain a tidy workspace.
- Sharpen kitchen knives as needed for food preparation.
- Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
- Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits for meal preparation.
A criminal record check is required for this position.
