Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Business Development Agent to join our team. As a Business Development Agent, you will be responsible for interacting with our valued customers, scheduling appointments, and ensuring their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Interaction: Make outbound calls to existing customers and handle inbound leads to ensure their needs are met.
- Scheduling and Confirmation: Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments with customers.
- Customer Service Index (CSI) Reports: Accurately complete CSI reports to measure customer satisfaction.
- Lead Distribution: Distribute incoming leads to our sales team to ensure timely follow-up.
- Experience: 1-3 years of call center or sales experience (preferred).
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills to effectively interact with customers.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable on the phone and able to direct information to the right people.
- Certifications and Background Check: Clean criminal background check and driver's abstract required.
