We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for understanding and assessing customer needs, offering personalized assistance, and guiding customers through the entire sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Understand and assess customer needs, offering personalized assistance and guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Sales Process: Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
  • Test Drives and Negotiations: Conduct test drives and negotiate terms for a seamless closing process.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Targets: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Educate customers on financing options, warranties, and additional products.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete accurate and timely paperwork, collaborating with the finance department.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize various channels to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct daily inventory walk-arounds to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Prioritize customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues for a cohesive work environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred but not required.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Negotiation and Closing Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills to achieve sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Automotive Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive financing options.
  • Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and valid OMVIC Automotive License.
