Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Professional to join our team. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for understanding and assessing customer needs, guiding customers through the sales process, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand and assess customer needs, offering personalized assistance.
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
  • Conduct test drives and negotiate terms for a seamless closing process.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Educate customers on financing options, warranties, and additional products.
  • Complete accurate and timely paperwork, collaborating with the finance department.
  • Utilize various channels to generate leads.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues for a cohesive work environment.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of automotive financing options.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Valid OMVIC Automotive License.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00-$156,000.00 per year
