About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at Grant's Foodmart. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute events, such as product launches and promotions, to engage with customers and promote our brand.
  • Content Creation: Create high-quality content, including reports, briefs, and website content, to support marketing efforts.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to analyze consumer behavior and preferences, and provide insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored marketing solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure alignment and effective marketing efforts.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong marketing and communications skills, with ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Photoshop.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 30-40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
