About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at PARAM INDUSTRIES. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis

Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.

Marketing Strategy Development

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including the creation of marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and advertising initiatives.

Team Leadership

Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and projects.

Brand Management

Develop and maintain a strong brand identity, including the creation of brand guidelines, marketing materials, and advertising campaigns.

Communication and Collaboration

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment and effective communication of marketing strategies and initiatives.

Performance Measurement and Reporting

Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) or business-to-consumer (B2C) environment.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.

Language

Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
