We are seeking a Marketing Associate to contribute significantly to the growth of our flagship brand, Lay's. Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in achieving brand objectives (volume, market share, and brand equity) across the Lay's trademark and its sub-brands.
  2. Interpret consumer insights and market trends, along with innovation and portfolio strategies, to stimulate demand and enhance market share, aiding the Marketing Manager in shaping strategic planning inputs.
  3. Lead the implementation of commercial strategies by managing key program activations from concept to execution, including communications, digital/social media strategies, media planning, in-store displays, packaging, and more across Lay's and its sub-brands.
  4. Support the Marketing Manager in creating a robust pipeline for innovation and oversee the marketing execution of this pipeline.
  5. Utilize strong analytical skills through performance tracking, program evaluations, and budget management.
  6. Collaborate effectively across various internal and external teams, establishing solid partnerships with agency collaborators, cross-functional leaders, and the direct store delivery (DSD) field organization.

Qualifications

  1. A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business)
  2. At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience
  3. A proactive individual with a strong sense of urgency and a commitment to achieving successful outcomes
  4. Excellent leadership and collaboration abilities, with a knack for building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Sales, Insights, Supply Chain, Finance, R&D, Agency Teams, and both US and Global teams.
