- Manage local congresses, digital events, and face-to-face events to engage with customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with global teams and third-party stakeholders to implement local marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement business analytics to drive customer engagement, pharmaceutical share growth, and increase touchpoints.
- Advise global and regional teams on customer, competition, and market trends.
- Develop media plans aligned with global strategies to ensure integration with campaign objectives and effective use of the marketing mix.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing and/or sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, customer behavior, and business analytics.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
