We are seeking an Associate Marketing Manager to play a crucial role in expanding our premier FLC brand, Lay's. The ideal candidate will assist in shaping the strategic vision and brand planning for this product line, ensuring creative excellence in consumer initiatives while driving commercial execution to achieve both immediate and long-term objectives.

- Assist in achieving brand goals (volume, market share, and brand equity) across the Lay's trademark and its sub-brands.
- Convert consumer insights and market data into actionable strategies to stimulate demand and enhance market share, supporting the Marketing Manager in developing planning cycle contributions for long-term strategic influence.
- Lead the execution of commercial strategies by managing key program activations from inception to implementation, including communications, social/digital initiatives, media planning, in-store promotional displays, packaging, and more across Lay's and its sub-brands.
- Aid the Marketing Manager in creating a robust innovation pipeline and oversee the marketing execution of this pipeline.
- Leverage strong analytical skills through performance tracking, program evaluations, and budget management.
- Collaborate effectively across various functions and teams, building strong partnerships with agency collaborators, cross-functional leaders, and the DSD field organization.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business)
- A proactive individual with a strong sense of urgency and a commitment to achieving outstanding results
- Excellent leadership and collaboration abilities, with a talent for building strong networks (key stakeholders include Sales, Insights, Supply Chain, Finance, R&D, Agency Teams, US/Global)
