The Opportunity: Drive Growth as a New Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented New Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our reach and driving business growth by identifying and engaging with potential clients across Canada.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for prospecting and generating leads within the Canadian market.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify businesses that align with our target demographic and benefit offerings.
  • Engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce GroupHEALTH's value proposition.
  • Qualify leads and assess their needs to determine the suitability of our solutions.
  • Schedule appointments for our licensed advisors to conduct in-depth consultations with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress within our CRM system.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • A proven track record of success in sales or business development, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
