About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at SADIQ HOLDINGS INC. [BURGER KING]. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and train a team of 16-20 staff members in various areas of responsibility.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to improve team performance.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
    • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
    • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Customer Service and Sales
    • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increasing revenue and market share.
  • Training and Development
    • Provide training and development opportunities for staff members, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve restaurant operations.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Food service manager certification.
    • Occupational Health and Safety Certificate.
    • Safe Food Handling certificate.
    • Food Safety Certificate.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
