Job Title: Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team at Burger King Restaurants. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and establish work schedules.
  • Staff Management: Hire food service staff, supervise 5-10 people, and ensure that staff are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and team player.
