About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Nova Hotels. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals for our guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Work collaboratively with the Executive Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and efficient food production.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Nova Hotels' high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
  • Assist with menu planning, inventory management, and food cost control.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen environment, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Strong culinary skills, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to Nova Hotels' standards.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
