As the Senior Vice President of Finance, you will play a crucial role in steering the financial operations of our organization. Your leadership will be vital in integrating our financial practices with global standards, ensuring compliance, and maintaining financial integrity across all entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the finance and accounting teams, providing direction and support.
  2. Formulate and execute financial strategies that align with the organization's objectives.
  3. Oversee the preparation of comprehensive financial reports, including forecasts and budgets, with a focus on profitability, balance sheets, and cash flow.
  4. Ensure adherence to financial regulations and statutory requirements.
  5. Collaborate with senior management to enhance financial performance and strategic positioning.
  6. Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the finance department.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role.
  2. Strong background in managing complex financial structures across multiple jurisdictions.
  3. Extensive knowledge of corporate finance regulations and risk management.
  4. Proficient in data analysis and forecasting methodologies.
  5. Skilled in financial management software and MS Office applications.
  6. Possess a strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
  7. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  8. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  9. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA/CPA) are advantageous.

  2. Demonstrated success in integrating new entities and managing financial transitions.
  3. Familiarity with the hospitality sector and its unique financial challenges.
