Senior Executive Coordinator to Vice President

SENIOR EXECUTIVE COORDINATOR TO THE VICE PRESIDENT
The Senior Executive Coordinator will be instrumental in assisting the Vice President by overseeing daily operations, organizing executive schedules, and managing sensitive and confidential materials.
This position demands a professional with extensive experience in Microsoft Office Suite and outstanding organizational and communication capabilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and maintain the Vice President's calendar, including the arrangement of meetings, appointments, and travel logistics.
- Draft and refine correspondence, reports, presentations, and various documents.
- Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistical aspects are managed effectively.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up tasks.
- Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
- Manage and systematize files, records, and documents, ensuring efficient access and retrieval.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required to support the Vice President and the executive team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a comparable role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in managing confidential information.
- Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
