Position Overview:

We are seeking a Vice President of Finance Operations to join our finance division, overseeing the Controllership, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Integration processes, and Financial Systems. Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, you will manage a team of five managers and directors in a vibrant and diverse global setting. This role is ideal for candidates who are results-driven, meticulous, and excel in a fast-paced mergers and acquisitions (M&A) environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct all financial reporting and internal control measures
- Spearhead financial planning and analytical initiatives
- Oversee the integration of newly acquired entities
- Supervise the implementation of financial systems
- Cultivate and develop the finance team

Required Qualifications:

  • Possession of an accounting designation (CPA or equivalent)
    15 years of senior leadership experience
    Experience in global business operations is advantageous
    Background in public companies is essential
    Experience in the software industry is a plus
    Strong grasp of financial principles and best practices
    Exceptional leadership and communication capabilities
    Detail-oriented with robust analytical skills
