We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Caliber Property Management & Consulting Inc. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the management of our properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and that our tenants are satisfied with their living spaces.
Responsibilities- Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Asset Languages: Cantonese language skills are an asset.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word is required. Experience with the internet is also necessary.
- Security and Safety: A criminal record check is required.
- Transportation/Travel Information: A valid driver's license and own transportation are required.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is essential.
- Own Tools/Equipment: A cellular phone is required.
- Screening Questions: Please answer the following questions: Are you available for shift or on-call work? Are you available for the advertised start date? Are you currently a student? Are you currently legally able to work in Canada? Do you currently reside in proximity to the advertised location? Do you have previous experience in this field of employment?
