Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Kitchen Supervisor at A&W. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service areas.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise Kitchen Staff: Lead and motivate our kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and service.
- Maintain Inventory and Records: Accurately track and manage food, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Staff Recruitment and Development: Identify and recruit talented individuals to join our team, and provide guidance and support for their growth and development.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment is an asset.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail, and physically demanding tasks.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent client focus, dependability, and teamwork skills.
As a Kitchen Supervisor at A&W, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
