We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at A&W. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Manage Kitchen Staff: Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
- Maintain Inventory and Records: Accurately record and manage inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Staff Recruitment and Training: Recruit and train new staff members to ensure they meet the high standards of our kitchen.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience in a fast-paced food service environment is an asset.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail, and physically demanding tasks.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent client focus, dependability, and teamwork skills.
