About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Operations and Management
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
    • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Management
    • Hire and train food service staff, developing a high-performing team that is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
