Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Receptionist to provide exceptional support to our clients in Charlottetown, Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a warm and welcoming experience for visitors, responding to their inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
  • Manage incoming calls, directing them to the relevant departments and taking messages when necessary.
  • Coordinate appointments and maintain the office calendar, ensuring seamless scheduling and organization.
  • Perform a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence, to support the smooth operation of the office.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and presentable at all times.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, with a proven track record of providing excellent service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Proficiency with office software, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced office environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
