Job Summary

The Government of Prince Edward Island seeks a skilled Bilingual Administrative Support Worker to provide administrative support services in both official languages. This position requires a high degree of accuracy, time management, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform clerical and administrative support services with a high degree of accuracy in both official languages;
- Receive and respond to incoming calls, arrange appointments, and make referrals;
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents;
- Manage and maintain accurate and updated records and file systems;
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and related documents;
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Bilingual skills in English and French;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
