Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Asteco Immigration Consulting Limited.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordination: Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain organized filing systems, both manual and computerized, and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Correspondence: Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Team Player: Work collaboratively as part of a team, providing support and assistance as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
