About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at ADELE TAGIROVA NOTARY CORPORATION. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide critical support to our real estate team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital.
    • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
    • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Communication and Correspondence
    • Compose and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
    • Review and proofread documents for compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage.
  • Office Management
    • Develop and implement efficient office procedures and routines to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
    • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
  • Technology and Software
    • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail.
    • Collaborate with the real estate team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
