Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Port Moody Kidz Venture Club Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
  • Administrative Tasks: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and documents, perform data entry, and maintain inventory.
  • Computer and Technology: Proficient in Google Docs, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
  • Personal Suitability: Ability to multitask, flexibility, organized, team player, and effective time management.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience.
  • Permanent employment.
  • Language: English or French.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
