We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Port Moody Kidz Venture Club Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
- Administrative Tasks: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and documents, perform data entry, and maintain inventory.
- Computer and Technology: Proficient in Google Docs, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
- Personal Suitability: Ability to multitask, flexibility, organized, team player, and effective time management.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience.
- Permanent employment.
- Language: English or French.
- 30 to 40 hours per week.
