    • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
    • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Communication and Correspondence
    • Compose and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
    • Review and proofread documents for compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat Reader.
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Experience and Qualifications
    • 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
