Senior Director of Philanthropy and Campaigns

The Senior Director of Philanthropy and Campaigns will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive fundraising strategy that aligns with the organization's mission, vision, and goals.
Main Responsibilities- Design and execute a strategic fundraising plan that includes major gifts, campaigns, and other revenue-generating initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, corporate partners, and community leaders.
- Manage and oversee the fundraising team, providing guidance and support to ensure the achievement of revenue goals.
- Collaborate with program and communications teams to create integrated fundraising initiatives that align with program goals and organizational messaging.
- Provide strategic guidance to the CEO and Board of Directors on fundraising matters.
- Post-Secondary education in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or non-profit management.
- Five or more years of experience in fundraising, preferably in a leadership role.
- Advanced working knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Raiser's Edge.
- Experience in a social service organization, preferably in a leadership role.
- Ability to understand, communicate, and support the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
- A competitive salary of $120,000 based on experience.
