About the Role

Cascade Powersports Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Director to lead our organizational growth and development. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business expansion, improving operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational objectives, including market analysis, competitor research, and trend identification.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the allocation of resources, including human, financial, and material, to ensure effective implementation of organizational policies and programs.
  • Leadership Development: Establish and maintain a high-performing team by recruiting, training, and developing senior staff members.
  • Communication and Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations, official functions, and other external engagements, ensuring effective communication and representation of our brand.
  • Financial Management: Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
