About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer to join our Marketing team at One Degree Organic Foods. As a Senior Designer, you will be responsible for driving and creating all graphic design for our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create visually compelling graphics and content across all platforms that will be used in marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and implement design concepts that align with our brand identity and voice.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and copywriters to execute design concepts and adhere to established workflow and processes.
  • Provide expertise and support to external vendors and be the champion of everything visual for the brand.
  • Develop design capabilities that support the overarching marketing objectives of brand or market share growth, follower and subscriber growth, social reach, and engagement.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of graphic design principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
