Sales and Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Cascade Powersports Inc. as a key member of our business development team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop Promotional Materials
Design and create engaging promotional materials, including brochures, reports, and newsletters, to effectively communicate our brand message and drive sales.
Plan and Control Budget and ExpendituresDevelop and manage budgets for marketing campaigns, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
Plan, Direct, and Evaluate Advertising CampaignsLead the planning, execution, and evaluation of advertising campaigns to promote our products and services, driving sales and revenue growth.
Advise Clients on Advertising and Sales Promotion StrategiesProvide expert advice to clients on effective advertising and sales promotion strategies, helping them to achieve their business objectives.
Assist in the Preparation of Marketing MaterialsSupport the preparation of marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and newsletters, to ensure consistency and quality.
Coordinate Special Publicity Events and PromotionsOrganize and coordinate special publicity events and promotions to generate buzz and drive sales.
Conduct Public Opinion and Attitude SurveysDesign and conduct public opinion and attitude surveys to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences.
Initiate and Maintain Contact with the MediaEstablish and maintain relationships with media outlets to secure coverage and promote our brand.
Work Term and HoursThis is a permanent position, working 30-40 hours per week.
Requirements- Education
College or CEGEP diploma.
Experience3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, or equivalent experience.
