Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the overall operations of the community, ensuring high-quality service delivery and resident satisfaction.
  2. Maintain a focus on achieving financial objectives while adhering to budgetary constraints.
  3. Foster a positive and professional environment that reflects the values of the organization.

Qualifications:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  2. Valid state licensure, if applicable.
  3. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
  4. Proficiency in computer applications and financial management.
  5. Experience in financial reporting and budget management.

Community Management:

  1. Collaborate with management teams to plan and execute community operations, including prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities.
  2. Oversee departmental functions and ensure compliance with established policies.
  3. Ensure the community and its grounds are well-maintained and safe for residents and visitors.
  4. Conduct regular inspections to uphold service quality standards.
  5. Stay informed about OSHA and state regulations to ensure community compliance.

Financial Oversight:

  1. Manage community operations within the established financial framework.
  2. Monitor key financial metrics, including labor costs and accounts management.
  3. Prepare and submit timely financial reports to the corporate office.

Program Development:

  1. Implement and oversee resident and employee programs in line with community policies.
  2. Evaluate program effectiveness and provide necessary support and training to staff.
  3. Promote a culture of mentorship and professional development among employees.
  4. Ensure compliance with employment regulations and community policies.
  5. Strategically market the community to achieve and maintain occupancy goals.

Community Engagement:

  1. Build and sustain positive relationships with regulatory bodies, families, residents, and community partners.
