Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the overall operations of the community, ensuring high-quality service delivery and resident satisfaction.
- Maintain a focus on achieving financial objectives while adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Foster a positive and professional environment that reflects the values of the organization.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Valid state licensure, if applicable.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in computer applications and financial management.
- Experience in financial reporting and budget management.
Community Management:
- Collaborate with management teams to plan and execute community operations, including prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities.
- Oversee departmental functions and ensure compliance with established policies.
- Ensure the community and its grounds are well-maintained and safe for residents and visitors.
- Conduct regular inspections to uphold service quality standards.
- Stay informed about OSHA and state regulations to ensure community compliance.
Financial Oversight:
- Manage community operations within the established financial framework.
- Monitor key financial metrics, including labor costs and accounts management.
- Prepare and submit timely financial reports to the corporate office.
Program Development:
- Implement and oversee resident and employee programs in line with community policies.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and provide necessary support and training to staff.
- Promote a culture of mentorship and professional development among employees.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and community policies.
- Strategically market the community to achieve and maintain occupancy goals.
Community Engagement:
- Build and sustain positive relationships with regulatory bodies, families, residents, and community partners.
