Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Type and proofread various documents, including correspondence and forms.
  • Handle incoming telephone and electronic inquiries, ensuring they are directed appropriately.
  • Manage reports derived from both manual and electronic files, inventories, and databases.
  • Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other essential documents.
  • Oversee the processing of incoming and outgoing mail, both manually and electronically.
  • Facilitate the sending and receiving of messages.
  • Provide general information to clients and the public as needed.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring inventory is kept up to date.
  • Label, file, and retrieve documents efficiently.
