Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date files and databases
    • Process and verify applications, receipts, and other documents
  • Communication
    • Respond to telephone and electronic inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
    • Provide general information to clients and the public
  • Office Management
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
    • Label, file, and retrieve documents
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an office setting
