About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Winners Cleaning Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Establish and maintain efficient office procedures and routines to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communication: Respond to telephone calls, relay messages, and answer electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Data Management: Compile and maintain accurate data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, direct them to relevant contacts or service areas, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Document Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Technology: Utilize MS Office to perform tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced office environment, with a focus on attention to detail, and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
