We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at Divine Spine Beaumont Ltd. in an office setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communication: Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries, and provide general information to clients and the public.
  • Document Management: Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents, and maintain accurate records.
  • Office Operations: Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, and order office supplies as needed.
  • Travel and Transportation: Public transportation is available for travel to and from work.
  • Work Environment: The work environment is typical of an office setting, with repetitive tasks and sitting for extended periods.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Personal Qualities: Efficiency, positive attitude, and attention to detail are essential for this role.
